Shipping
How it works: Every item is printed to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Nothing is pre-stocked, which means your order is made specifically for you once you check out.
Processing time: Orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll flag this at checkout if it applies.
Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 7–20 business days for international orders, depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping cost:
- Free shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs agency on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Free returns on all orders. Because every item is made to order, we ask that you double check sizing (see our size charts on each product page) before ordering but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition for returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you next steps and a prepaid return label.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email confirming the refund has been issued.
Exchanges: Since items are printed to order, we don’t offer direct swaps. Instead, we’ll process your return and you can place a new order for the size or item you want we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Final sale items: Any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
